I bought my daughter this Dawn Tote bag and she was very excited to finally receive it. She is madly in love with it. My rating is 3 and would have been much more because this is the reason for my average rating…the zip of the bag is already destroyed and can’t close nicely. I would highly appreciate if you could assist by fixing the zip and get her a complimentary for the inconvenience.
